REFUND POLICY:
Diamond Orthotic Laboratory does not offer a refund on any additional product items. Diamond offers an exchange on any of our additional products items, as long as the original is returned in original package new condition and the exchange is of equal value. Pricing on all other exchange items with higher or lesser value will be adjusted accordingly. Please call customer service at 1-619-724-6400 for questions pertaining to returns or exchanges.
*All final refund or otherwise requests outside of the above policies are at the sole discretion of the Director of Operations.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping of products ordered with no additional fee. However, if the order has been processed and shipped to the customer, the customer will assume all shipping charges affiliated with the delivery and return of that package along with a 10% Restocking Fee.
SHIPPING POLICY / DELIVERY POLICY:
Diamond Orthotic Laboratory strives to process and ship all in stock product items within 3 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered or the pricing for a delivery please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us.
- The cost of shipping is maintained by the carrier service and is based on weight. Contact us for an estimate.
- Diamond is not responsible for damaged, stolen, or otherwise packages upon delivery. Any claims should be:

- Diamond will follow up with said carrier within 3 business days.

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.25% sales tax.
